Strange behavior - no poop in coop

My 3 RIR no longer poop in the coop.  I find that strange since for 2 years that is all I did everyday was clean the poop, now there is no poop?  They do poop outside the coop some are as big as a dog poop where I use a pooper scooper to pick up poo everyday since they are free range.

My 2nd strange behavior is one of my girls will not sleep in the coop at night.  She climbs up on the hay stack and there she stays till morning.  I have tried to lure her into the coop and lock her in but that only worked for a few days and she was back to the hay stack.

Should I be concerned?

I guess I’ve had those “Out of the Box” notions ever since I can remember. As a child it seemed that whatever you wanted “to be” in life was inextricably bound to whatever “career” you chose and I changed my budding “careers” nearly every week.

I have always asked myself, Is this what Life is about? Isn't there more to Life? I learned early in life that if it's to be it's up to me. being a Single Mom of 2, I learned that working 60 hrs a week for a corporation was never enough.

In order to earn the essential “roof over my head” I’ve been everything from an Waitress” to Amway to the Corporate 60 hr a week life. Throughout my working life the one philosophy that has sustained me has been to “do what you love, and if your can’t do that, to love what you do.”

After the loss of my son. I realized that over the years, in order to “survive” I’d been slowly compromising my ideals of instilling my love of sales with something of my “true essence” and so just like that .. I Quit my job and started exploring the world of on-line networking and business opportunities.

And now I “work” at whatever I do on-line with just as much energy and enthusiasm. Perhaps even more so. I still manage to find outlets exploring my image making and interests in Gardening and relaxation ..

Life has been good and i am now doing something I absolutely Love to do - Network Marketing !
